SITE VISITS
Upon first site tour, we will inspect and address issues concerning the existing site. Then, respond with the best solutions and reflect them in the proposal.
POST-DESIGN CONSTRUCTION VISIT
We also offer x4 times complimentary post-design inspection for our clients. Addressing any potential changes differ from the approved design that are done by the selected contractors to the clients in SPR (site progression report).
POST-DESIGN CONSTRUCTION VISIT AND REVISIONS
For projects require constant visits from the designers (e.g. once/week or once/fortnight) and required revisions to the drawings due to issues encounter at sites. Clients may choose to have this service with YOU design interiors listed in the Interior Design Contract.
